Welcome to the UW Tacoma Library Auxiliary Periodicals shelves! Housed in the basement of TLB on compact shelving, these aisles contain multitudes of journals that we don’t currently have space to display in the public areas that you normally see. But don’t worry–you still have access to these materials! When you have the opportunity to “Request volume/part…” (purple button in screenshot below), a student library employee will locate your requested article, scan it, and email you when it’s ready for you to download from your library online account. Your email should arrive in 24-48 hours and often sooner!
