Hayden Gizinski

| Hayden is a PhD student in the Molecular and Cellular Biology program at UW. She received her B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Washington in 2022 and has previously done research on mitochondrial signaling and ribosome biogenesis. In the Vásquez Lab, she is excited to use stellate cells as a model to study collective cell migration, mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition, and integration.
Outside of lab, Hayden enjoys being outside, crocheting, and caring for her plants |
