Pedro was born and raised in the good old Midwest of Crystal Lake, Illinois. He obtained his AS at McHenry County College before enrolling at Eastern Illinois University where he graduated with his Biochemistry B.A. in 2023. He became interested in the world of chemical tools during his undergraduate experiences in both electrochemical and chemical biology labs. He hopes to further explore this area as he develops his research project.
Outside of the wonderful world of academia Pedro loves to do anything outdoor related such as hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding…you name it! When he’s not out exploring the views of PNW on his motorcycle you’ll most likely find him playing video games or binging another anime series
