Our clinic is located at 908 Jefferson Street, 11th Floor, Seattle, WA 98104. We are in the First Hill neighborhood near downtown Seattle, on the corner of 9th Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Clinic Hours
Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on university-observed holidays.
Driving Directions
For participants driving north or south on I-5, follow the red arrows:
- Take the James Street exit
- Drive east (uphill) on James Street
- Turn right on Terry Avenue
✧ Important! The entrance to the closest parking garage is halfway down the block. If P2 is full, please use P1 or P3 as seen on the map. These alternate parking garages both have entrances off of Jefferson Ave. Oversized vehicles MUST use P1.

Plan your trip with King County Metro’s Trip Planner. There are bus stops at the corner of 9th and Jefferson Streets.
Building Entry:
From the street, walk through both glass sliding doors to the elevator bay and go to the 11th floor. Once on the 11th floor, turn away from the glass conference room and walk down the hall. The VRC is the first door on the right.
Parking information:
The VRC validates visitor parking available in any of the parking garages at Harborview (P1, P2, P3). We cannot compensate for street parking or non-Harborview garages. The Ninth & Jefferson Building’s garage entrance is on Terry Avenue between James and Jefferson Streets (see P2 on map).
Validation process:
Please bring your parking ticket with you to the clinic, and please let the coordinators at the front desk know if you need parking validation. If you came by bus, we can provide King County Metro bus tickets. We cannot provide Community Transit, Sound Transit (Sounder, light rail), or ferry vouchers at this time.
