Established in January 2018, Women in Aerospace was founded to provide solidarity for women within the Aeronautics and Astronautics department at the University of Washington. We provide a network of support for those who experience obstacles along their path through aerospace engineering.

We also attend local STEM events to reach out to Seattle area students, like:

• Women Fly! at the Museum of Flight
• Engineering Discovery Days at the University of Washington
• Girl Scout camps and troop meetings
