$210.00 per Person (UW NetID required).
$385.00 per Person. 1-9 registrants from one company.
$335.00 per Person. 10+ registrants from one company.
NOTE: Due to a system limitation, you will need to split any group larger than 15 registrants over two registration submissions. Please complete all of these split registrations on our “Large Group Registration” form to ensure the group rate for all attendees from your firm (you will be able to register less than 10 attendees on the second submission if you have a total of 10 of more attendees from your company between the two submissions).
For any group submissions on both the Standard and Large Group Registrations: please enter a unique email for each registrant. Due to how Salesforce is set-up, entering a duplicate email address (such a coordinating staff member’s email) across multiple registrants will cause issues with our back-end records for your registration. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience!
Refunds will be issued prior to the conference date on request. Refunds will not be issued for missed attendance following the conference date except in circumstances of sickness in attendee or family emergency. Day-of substitutions of conference attendees for a colleague from your firm/company are allowed, if you are unable to attend, however. Please contact department staff to request a refund at the email addresses listed below.
Non-UW Attendees: If you would like to pay via a check or other non-Credit Card method, please select “Pay Via Check” on the payment option screen following the registration form and contact Joel Carey at jgcarey@uw.edu to arrange payment.
