The Applied Hearing Science Lab, located in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Washington and Indiana University, conducts research on human auditory perception and physiology. Our current research focuses on applying computational techniques towards the following aims:
1. Improve the assessments of hearing difficulties experienced by hearing-impaired listeners
2. Reveal the peripheral and central auditory mechanisms underlying auditory perception.
