The first Wednesday in April is National Walking Day, and the American Heart Association encourages everyone to go out for at least a 30-minute walk. Join Diana Knight for a 30-minute group walk, leaving at 12:00 pm from the Bagley lobby on April 3. Dress for the weather.
Walking is about more than physical fitness. This is an opportunity to step out of your lab or office with coworkers to make new connections, share in discoveries, enliven the mind, and energize the spirit.
