CEE Professor, David Shean, is offering a new CEE 498 Special Topics course titled Advanced Surveying in Spring 2018.

This course will cover modern surveying techniques for 3D modeling and precision mapping, including:

• Structure from Motion (SfM) using drones
• Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS)
• Real-time kinematic (RTK) GPS
