The Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering Department at Marquette University has 5 Fellowships available for people interested in studying for a Ph.D. through the Department of Education Graduate Assistance in Areas of national Need (GAANN) program. Applicants who demonstrate financial need and intend to pursue teaching and research careers in Water Infrastructure are invited to apply. Women and others from underrepresented groups in STEM disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply. GAANN fellows receive a competitive stipend and funding to cover tuition costs for up to 5 years. Fellows must be U.S. citizens or a National, or permanent resident of the U.S. or U.S. territories. The fellows will receive training and experience in both teaching and research related to wastewater, drinking water and stormwater management technologies.
