Undergraduate Research Experience Opportunity

Participate in ongoing transportation, emissions and health research projects at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute – the largest university-based transportation research institute in the country.

Some topics to be covered include:

  • Transportation emissions and/or air quality modeling
  • Assessment of exposures and health impacts
  • Policy and decision making
  • Land use and urban planning
  • Health impacts of alternative and emerging technologies

  • Location: College Station, Texas. Texas A&M University RELLIS Campus

Application Information:

  • All majors are welcome to apply. Common applicant majors include civil or other engineering, urban planning, public or community health, geography, medicine, environmental science, and economics.
  • To apply, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have completed junior year by the end of Spring 2020, and be on track to graduate no sooner than December 2020.
