Hello UW undergrad students with an interest in public works!

The Washington Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) is offering a  $7500 scholarship will be presented to one student who is interested in a career in public works and is both a current resident of Washington State and a junior or senior with full-time standing as of Fall 2021. The scholarship applications are due June 26, 2021. This scholarship opportunity also gives students the chance to interact and network with leaders in the public works industry (aka – future employers!).

We also believe in supporting students to pursue their educational goals in addition to supporting succession planning for our industry and have a number of student chapters.
