URGENT: BSCE/BSENVE Seniors – Apply to Graduate Now!

Hello CEE Seniors –

Thus far we’ve only received graduation application requests from about half of our prospective graduates across the BSCE and BSENVE programs.

If you are planning to graduate this academic year (in AUT21, WIN22, SPR22 or SUM22), please fill out the CEE Graduation Application Google Form at your earliest convenience.

(If you know you will be graduating but have questions about your academic plan to graduation, the google form has fields to address those questions)

By completing this google form now, it will allow us to apply for graduation on your behalf, giving you graduating senior priority registration for both WIN22 and SPR22.

As always, please let us know if you have any questions.

Subject: Reminder: CEE Seniors – Apply to Graduate Now!

Hello CEE Seniors,

It is time to apply to graduate if you plan to complete your BSCE or BSENVE degree in AUT21, WIN22, SPR22, or SUM22!

Here are the steps we need you to complete:

  1. Please run a fresh degree audit (DARS) and carefully review your remaining requirements to ensure you are accounting for them all.  In your final quarter, your DARS needs to show that all requirements are either completed or in-progress.

If you have questions, please let us know.

  1. You will also need to update your MyPlan so that it reflects your plan for completing your degree. If you are unsure of the exact courses you will take, you can use placeholders similar to the sample 4 year plan on the BSCE /BSENVE degree sheets.

If you have taken courses outside of the UW, please be sure that the most up-to-date official transcript has been sent to the UW Admissions Office.

  1. After you review your DARS and update your MyPlan, you will need to complete this google form and we will submit your online graduation application for you. (The form will allow you to let us know of any irregularities or concerns.)

Once we’ve received your google form response, we will initiate your graduation application.

This process ensures that you will obtain Graduating Senior Priority Registration (GSP) for Winter Quarter (Nov 5, 2021) and Spring Quarter (Feb 11, 2022).

The deadline to complete our google form is Friday, October 8th, but the earlier you can submit it, the better!

We are so excited to welcome you back to campus!
