Participate in ongoing transportation, emissions and health research projects at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute – the largest university-based transportation research institute in the country.
Some topics to be covered include:
- Transportation emissions and/or air quality modeling
- Assessment of exposures and health impacts
- Policy and decision making
- Land use and urban planning
- Health impacts of alternative and emerging technologies

- All majors are welcome to apply. Common applicant majors include civil or other engineering, urban planning, public or community health, geography, medicine, environmental science, and economics.
- To apply, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have completed junior year by the end of Spring 2020, and be on track to graduate no sooner than December 2020.
