Welcome to the first day of Autumn Quarter!

As you get settled into your classes, we want to remind you that your CEE advising team is here for you if you need anything (details on advising apts. below).

Now that we are back on campus (!!!) it is going to be important that we all communicate effectively, stay organized, and anticipate what’s coming up next.

We will be working hard to keep you informed but in order to do so, we expect you to engage with our emails, ask questions, and let us know how things are going.

We are excited to get off to a strong start this quarter and look forward to seeing you soon!

(Also, if you are part of a CEE Student Organization and have not registered to attend our CEE Welcome Event on Oct 6^th (all CEE students are invited to this event), please email ceadvice@uw.edu so we can account for your RSO’s table)

Connect with your Adviser

There are two ways to do so:

1. Drop-In Advising

CEE Advising has drop-in advising hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in AUT21, 11:00am – 12:00pm.

You can attend Drop-In Advising Hours either in-person (More 201) or remote via zoom.

In-Person Drop-Ins (More 201)

For those of you who will be coming to More Hall in person, QR Codes to the google form are posted in the hallway outside of More 201 as well as in the reception area.

Once you have filled out the google form, an adviser will come and get you from the More 201 hallway/reception area (In-person) or send you an email with a zoom link (remote advising).

Remote Drop-Ins (via ZOOM)

To sign up for remote drop-in advising, you will complete our google form no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of drop-ins.

Once you have filled out the google form, an adviser will email you a ZOOM link so please keep an eye on your inbox.

1. Advising Appointments (20 or 30 minutes, 1-on-1 Advising)

You can schedule an individual CEE advising appointment using Brian’s Advising Calendar.

If you do not see a time that works for you (drop-ins or appointment), or your situation is time sensitive, please email ceadvice@uw.edu with your availability and we will find a time to meet with you.
