Purpose: Our aim is to educate students of the Chemical Engineering department on the topic of home brewing and distilling; however, you do not need to be in the department to join. We will provide hands on experience in brewing ciders and beers, as well as distilling spirits. Additionally, we will reach out to breweries and distilleries in an effort to learn more about the role Chemical Engineers play in the large scale production of said substances.
