D8 AALAS Meeting 2024

The Washington Branch AALAS (WBAALAS) hosted the 2024 D8 AALAS meeting in Seattle, WA. Preston Van Hooser gave a riveting presentation on “Fostering a Culture of Collaboration: How to Create an Inclusive Environment for Animal Caregivers in Lab Animal Science” which was well received and created continuing conversations afterwards.

WBAALAS generously donated informational tables for Dare 2 Care and the Washington Adoption Center for Retired Research Animals (WACRRA) in support of aligning missions and visions. Both D2C and WACRRA are honored for the incredible opportunity. Thank you, WBAALAS!
