Hongyi Zhu graduated from Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) in 2019 with a BS degree in chemistry, doing research on the development of organelle-specific imaging in living cells with phosphorescent iridium(III) complexes and application of photodynamic therapy with ruthenium(II) complexes. She is now interested in the synthesis and characterization of peptide-peptide cross-linking in the gas phase.
