Fiona recently published two articles!

Ratiometric SRS imaging and deuterium labeling were utilized to quantify single cell growth measurements in both 2D and 3D cultures. This method was used to assess the effects of multiple chemotherapeutic drugs on growth and morphology. See this article in Analytical Chemistry: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/acs.analchem.3c03434

C-H and fingerprint region hyperspectral SRS imaging was used to classify and localize different lipid species in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease tissues from human patients. This work was a collaboration with Dr. Ioannou’s group associated with the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System. See the article in Journal of Biomedical Optics: https://doi.org/10.1117/1.JBO.29.1.016008
