ITE at UW reign victorious at the end of a competitive ITE Western District Traffic Bowl this past Saturday. UW was represented by senior, Peter Yu, and grad students, Garett Davis and Jonah Lorica. In the preliminary round, UW was in full control against the University of Hawaii and Portland State University and finished as the only team with positive points. UW would face USC and UC Berkeley in the final round, where the Huskies found themselves at the back of the pack going into the final clue. A successful answer and daring wager by UW in the final clue were the difference maker to finish ahead of USC and UC Berkeley.

UW will represent the ITE Western District at the ITE International Collegiate Traffic Bowl hosted in Philadelphia this July. This marks the 1st time that the University of Washington will compete in the ITE International Collegiate Traffic Bowl since its inception in 2009. ITE Western District has previously won the international competition three times, most recently in 2021, which was won by Oregon State University.(edited)
