We highlight a few recent works here:

	Human microglia show unique transcriptional changes in Alzheimer’s disease This single-nucleus transcriptomics investigation into individuals with and without Alzheimer’s disease pathology identifies ten subpopulations of microglia, some of which are more or less present in individuals with pathology. We enriched our dataset for microglia to generate a very large dataset of microglia per human donor.
	Resistance and resilience to Alzheimer’s disease We define resistance and resilience to Alzheimer’s disease as well as describe the currently known genetic, environmental, and lifestyle choices that contribute to developing resistance or resilience to Alzheimer’s disease.
