The objective of this activity is to familiarize yourself with the Software for the UW page, an essential resource for accessing various software tools and services offered by the University of Washington. Tools and platforms listed on the page are available to you as long as you are a UW student or otherwise affiliated with the university as a faculty or staff member.
Activity
- Navigate to the Software for the UW page.
- Briefly browse the list of software.
- Using the filters, determine your parameters (helpful filters include eligibility and free for students).
- If you are so inclined, download and install some tools. Otherwise, navigate to each tool to learn more about how to use it as a member of the university.
