The AI Club had a terrific year volunteering on several pro bono analytics projects in our community for social good, including projects for the Korean Women’s Association, the Washington State Historical Society and for the Washington State Economist.
Yesterday, John Cannon (2019/20 AI Club President) and Michael Turek (2019/20 AI Club Vice President) joined leaders and faculty in the Milgard Center for Business Analytics (CBA) to celebrate their accomplishment and they had the following to share…
What was the best part of your experience leading the AI club as officers?
“The AI club provided me additional opportunities to apply techniques and methodologies learned in the MSBA program, and to do so for the good of the community in working with local non-profits. It also allowed me to grow my network of current and future industry professionals in the region.” – Michael Turek
