COVID has meant more time working at home, which means finding critical time to continue to write and publish while balancing the other obligations of homelife. Due to some beneficial circumstances of the late spring and summer, our lab has been able to get several papers submitted. We have one manuscript in re-review with an open source journal, one that has been reviewed and returned for edits (preprint here), one currently under review, and one in revision after rejection from several journals (including a 4-month stint under review – how that happens is still a mystery!).
It’s been a crazy revolving door of papers. My head is spinning keeping these all straight. Leo… you are so right!
