Resources
Below are resources for new faculty, including information about the orientation sessions, teaching resources, and information regarding the learning environment.
New Faculty Orientation
Teaching a first year medical student can be an exciting opportunity for many faculty. To better prepare you, we hold orientation sessions for new and returning faculty. These sessions are great resources for new and current UW School of Medicine policies, trends in primary care, as well as up-to-date ‘tips & tricks’ for teaching.
Upcoming orientation session date and times will be posted below:
- Tuesday 1/9/2024, at 12:10 PM PST (join at this link)
Recordings of past sessions can be found below.
For those who cannot attend the in-person orientation sessions, both dates will be offered online using Zoom. Instructions to log-in to Zoom will be sent out over email. If you cannot attend either in-person, or online, we will provide recordings of the sessions. For technical issues, please email us at pcprac@uw.edu.
