Sign-up for Bartell Drugs Job Shadowing

What: Shadow a pharmacist to see what a typical day is like in the retail pharmacy setting. Ask questions and learn new things about retail pharmacy!

When: Sign up on Nov 14th at our club meeting!

*This opportunity is for PAID members only*

• Sign-up process:
  • Sign-ups will start Wed. Nov. 14th
  • The sign-up sheet will be at all of our meetings
  • If you cannot make it to any meeting to sign up, you can send us an email at prepharm@uw.edu with “Bartell Drugs Job Shadowing” as the Subject
  • Sign-ups are on a first-come first-serve basis; those who sign-up first will have an earlier shadowing time slot
  • The deadline to sign up is January 31st UNLESS we reach our capacity before this date, so sign up ASAP!
  • After this deadline, we will give you your scheduled time slot
• If your scheduled shadowing date does not work for you, please let us know ASAP so we can try to switch you with someone else
  • You must let us know at least 7 days before your shadowing date to request a change
  • If you end up not making it, we will put you back on the bottom of the list to be scheduled if there is space
• There is a limit to how many people we can have shadow due to a limited timeframe and limited amount of space in the pharmacy, but we will try our best to get everyone some shadowing time!
