In politics, it’s often the loudest voices that get heard. In our survey, the opinions and lives of people like you matter. Your answers will help community leaders make more informed decisions. A few of the questions asked include:

• Does public transportation get you to where you want to go?
• Do you feel safe in your neighborhood?
• What kind of health services do you need?
• Do you have access to resources you need during natural disasters? (e.g. heat waves, cold fronts, etc.)

We need to hear from you to answer important questions like these to help make our region better for everyone. We believe voices like yours should help guide public policies and community investments.

We use highly secure systems at the University of Washington to keep your information and data safe. We will only share final results with community leaders, your name and particular answers will never be shared with anyone outside of our team of researchers.

We are Sound Data, a team of sociologists and students at the University of Washington leading a study to help provide detailed information, gathered from everyday people, about important issues that affect the Puget Sound region. Our goal is to provide answers to questions that community leaders can use to make more informed decisions.
