SELECTION PROCESS OVERVIEW

The application is the first step in our selection process. Interested students will have until January 15, 2025 to apply. After applying, materials will be reviewed and all applicants will be notified by February 21 if they have been selected to move on to the next round of the selection process.

The second part of the selection process for RA candidates selected to move on is the in-person interview. Program Team candidates will complete a virtual program presentation instead of an interview. Interviews and presentations will both occur the week of March 3, 2025.

If under consideration for multiple roles, you will be asked to complete an interview and a presentation.

Following interviews/presentations candidates will receive an update on if they have or have not received a position offer by end of Winter quarter. Those who are selected to Alternate positions, similar to a waitlist, will also be informed at this time.
