Your participation would be up to 12 months. Participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups, Technology Enhanced Collaborative Care or Usual Collaborative Care. Those in the Technology Enhanced Collaborative Care group will receive a link to a web-based app to use on their phone, tablet, or computer as often as they would like. Those in the Usual Collaborative Care group will receive evidence-based collaborative care without the added technology tools.
Participants are asked to complete a 15 to 30 minute survey at:
- Baseline (when you enroll)
- 3-months
- 6-months
- 9-months
These surveys can be completed in person, by phone, through Zoom, on paper, or online.
Some participants may be asked to participate in either a focus group or an individual interview so that we can learn about their experience with the new technology.
After the end of each survey or interview, participants will be sent an e-gift card as a Thank You.
