Three new publications by the SPEAC Lab in the latest issue of AJSLP

The latest issue of the American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology features three new publications by our lab members!

These studies range in topics, including: 1) The perspective of family members of people with Parkinson’s disease in speech therapy; 2) Item calibration of the CPIB-Gender Diverse version; and 3) Speech therapy practice patterns in skilled nursing facilities.

SPEAC Lab Presents at the 2024 Motor Speech Conference

Dr. Carolyn Baylor attended the 2024 Motor Speech Conference in San Diego last week. She presented a poster on our work in progress regarding the most frequent communication barriers and supports reported by people with Parkinson’s disease and their key communication partners.
