The UW Chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) is hosting its February meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 15th from 5 – 6pm in HUB room #334. Come meet other students, faculty, and staff who are dedicated to increasing the representation of underrepresented groups in STEM fields!
Our meetings are open to everyone and feature a different topic each month. This month we are continuing our discussion on the importance of representation and diversity in research with the viewing of a TED talk. Come join us for food, conversation, and hear about exciting outreach opportunities coming up!
