Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat, Head & Neck Surgery is a well-established, two location
practice. Our staff works diligently to help improve the hearing health of our patients. We take
a very personal approach that results in a patient experience that is second to none. Our
practice provides comprehensive services in a professional and friendly manner. We take pride
in our ability to ensure our patients are involved and educated in each step of the process to
get them on the right track with their hearing health.
We are searching for a self-driven, community focused audiologist to join our team. The
audiologist is responsible for performing a full range of diagnostic hearing and vestibular
testing, pediatric/adult hearing assessments, balance assessments (VNG and CDP), ABR, as well
as dispensing hearing aids to best fit the patient and their needs, and providing appropriate
follow-up care. The audiologist will also work alongside the audiology director and oto-techs to
complete clerical tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, maintaining patient charts,
cleaning equipment, etc.
Owensboro, KY may be the 4th largest city in Kentucky, but it sure has a small-town feel! This
great city is the industrial, medical, retail and cultural hub of western Kentucky. Owensboro is a
place where people take pride in the community and is an excellent town for raising a family.
Located on the South shore of the Ohio River, there are plenty of water sports to partake in –
boating, fishing, even dragon boating! During the summer months check out RiverPark Center
for free live concerts every Friday during the Friday after 5 series. Surrounding parks and lakes
offer walking/hiking trails, biking, playgrounds, picnic areas and outdoor sports fields. Owensboro is also an arts community. Entertain yourself by catching a Broadway show, visiting the Owensboro Museum of Fine Art, or the International Bluegrass Museum. Even with the small-town feel, there are a variety of things to keep you and your family busy in Owensboro.
