Speech Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist (Early Intervention)

Valens Group is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist who is genuine, authentic, trustworthy, patient, compassionate, warm, and spirited. Strong assessment and treatment plan implementation skills are essential.

Early Intervention positions are known to be relatively autonomous. Valens Group strives to offer a balanced experience that is satisfyingly independent, yet fully supported. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent mental stamina and a friendly attitude who is able to “go with the flow” in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate is also open-minded, culturally competent, and able to interact with families across cultures with diverse values, beliefs, and feelings. You will work closely with in-house interpreters that assist with schedule management as well as developing cultural competence skills.
