I’m seeking a part-time special needs nanny to watch my son, Leon, after school.
This position is in the Eastlake neighborhood Monday-Friday, at $16-21 an hour, minimum of 12 hours a week with opportunity to flex hours as well as gain additional hours.
Leon has special needs and is non-verbal with some mobility delays. Communication techniques we practice at home include picture/object exchange and some sign language. You will find he is very independent, sassy, and clear with his body language about what he wants. He is absolutely adorable and a gentle soul with a love for music and the great outdoors. He digs animal planet and low base music.
I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with these barriers and can offer him fun structure.
