language pathologist or CF. The Swain Center is a cutting-edge clinic that provides a
variety of services which include:
One on one speech therapy for adults and children
Early intervention speech-language based preschool classes
Social skill groups
Parent education programs
Academic support services
Parent-family training and technological interventions
Feeding programs
Owned and operated by Dr. Deborah Swain, former CSHA president and current Editor
of ASHA SIG 17 Perspectives Journal, The Swain Center is recognized for its quality
wide-ranged offerings for speech-language and learning services. The Swain Center
works collaboratively with educators, medical professionals as well as other service-
related professionals in order to provide comprehensive services to the populations that
are served. In addition, The Swain Center provides comprehensive services to a large
Spanish speaking population, so Spanish-English bilingual skills would be appreciated.
