Hermiston School District is looking to add staff to our Speech Language Pathology program.
Full-Time Positions:

A few things about Hermiston School District:
- Facilitator Model: We have certified Special Education teachers who facilitate IEPs as their full time position. This means a whole lot less paperwork for our specialists. This team (and their bilingual support staff) schedule all meetings and do almost all of the paperwork in the IEP process. SLPs would need to do their evaluations and write their reports, add their particular pieces (goals, minutes, consultation)into the IEP writing system (Synergy), and participate in the meetings… and the team takes care of the rest of the paperwork.
- Current Speech Language Pathology Team: 4 SLPs and 3 SLPAs. We are looking to expand!
- Demographics: 54% Hispanic,
