Behavioral Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) Career Opportunity:
Speech Pathologist (Part-Time or Full-Time) Fishers and Zionsville, Indiana locations
BACA was founded in 2009 and is directed by Dr. Carl Sundberg. These services are based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, more specifically B.F. Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior and utilization of the VB-MAPP as our primary assessment tool. BACA provides high quality intensive behavioral services in 1:1 and small group behavioral settings to clients, ages 2-22.
Currently seeking an accomplished Speech Pathologist to provide:
- Speech and language therapy services for children ages 2-22 who are diagnosed with Autism
- Collaboratively works with current in house speech pathologist.
- Speech services include direct treatment and educating behavioral therapists
- Complete speech evaluations, write plan of care, speech goals, progress reports and speech checklists
- Attend parent conferences and clinical meetings
- Collaborate with clinical teams comprised of team supervisors, training specialists, behavior technicians OT, and clinical directors concerning client programs

Positive Qualities of Potential Candidate:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited academic program
- Must have and maintain Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license
- Must be working toward or have and maintain Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-LanguageHearing Association
