The School District of West Salem is seeking applicants for a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist, beginning with the 2022-23 school year. I am currently looking to hire three CF SLPs for a pediatric position in Moreno Valley, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in working with children with autism and other speech and language related disabilities, prek- school-age. We are looking to hire one bilingual CF SLP to learn to specialize in prek-bilingual assessments and intervention. Additionally, we are looking to hire two SLP CFs to learn to specialize in AAC, autism related issues and diagnostics.
Starting salary is $84.000. Relocation assistance of $2000 will be provided, as well as a “ CF signing/licensing” trip to CA in early June will be fully covered upon signing the contract.

Seeking a caregiver for a client in her early forties who lives at home and needs consistent care due to a traumatic brain injury. This client loves spending time with her kids, working on her rehabilitation goals, and traveling!

General Responsibilities
Reporting directly to a Special Education Assistant Director, the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services in the areas of student assessment, augmentative alternative communication devices, direct therapy, training and consultation to staff and families to support students to function to their highest possible level within the educational system. The Speech Language Pathologist participates as a member of an education team in the assessment and program evaluation for students. The SLP serves as a liaison with medical and community service providers on behalf of children with disabilities and their families.
