Happy Sweet Saturday Huskies!

No trick-or-treat, on Halloween night, but definitely no crazy tricks with mother nature’s weather today and plenty of treats! as this year, Halloween was canceled, however that will not stop those with a sweet tooth to enjoy some delicious range of different candies. From melting chocolate, sweet and sour patches, snickers, skittles or others. This weekend we will have sunny skies and the last days of sunshine, as we approach the November weather with breezy winds and more rain & storm season in Western Washington.

Today, we will have a full bright blue moon just perfect for Halloween night, but there will be nothing spooky about this year as the weather in western Washington is supposed to be clear and sunny! We woke up to some partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the lower 40s, but it starts to warm up hour by hour as by 11 AM we will be in the lower 50’s as we make our way into a clear sunny sky in the upper 50’s. As we head into the evening temperatures will drop to chilly temperatures in the upper 30’s and lower 40’s. So, if your planning in visiting the pumpkin patch today, then it is a perfect day to do so as it will be mostly sunny.

Tonight, we will get that extra hour of sleep! We fallback 1 hour and Daylight Savings Time ends, so don’t forget to turn your clocks back 1 hour and enjoy that extra hour of sleep on Sunday. As we head into Sunday, we once again have a sunny day with temperatures in the upper 50’s and dropping later in the night to lower 40’s. So, if you’re a football fan then you can expect to enjoy the Seahawks vs 49ers game with some sunshine.

As we approach Monday it will be another sunny day with a warm temperature of a maximum in the lower 60s, but on Monday night we start to see the real November weather with breezy winds and more colder days throughout the week along with precipitation in the Pacific northwest. So definitely enjoy the sunshine this weekend and Monday while you can.

Have a great & safe weekend Huskies. Enjoy the sunshine and the blue moon tonight!
