Forecast: November 20th, 2020
By Anthony Edwards
Friday is finally here!
Next week at this time, you’ll be wishing you didn’t eat quite as much the night before, waiting for the Apple Cup to begin, and it will finally be acceptable to play holiday music!
Maybe we should start thinking ahead to next week because the upcoming weather pattern is uninspiring.
If you haven’t enjoyed the stormy conditions of late, today and tomorrow will serve as a good opportunity to get outside.
Spotty showers will decrease this morning, along with the stubborn clouds, leading to a pleasant afternoon and Saturday. Highs will be in the upper-40s today and low-50s tomorrow, with overnight lows just north of 40 degrees.
Rain re-enters the forecast by midday Sunday and showers will last into Monday as temperatures will generally stay a bit on the chilly side, in the mid-to-upper-40s.
The rest of the forecast remains seasonable, with new weather systems rolling through the region every 24-36 hours. Nothing too eventful.
Some ski resorts have already opened, so if you have the chance to hit the slopes this weekend, consider yourself lucky!
Have a great weekend, Huskies!
