Forecast: November 30th, 2020

Good morning, Huskies!

I hope that everyone enjoyed the long holiday weekend.

An area of light to moderate precipitation is currently moving through the area this morning in association with an approaching cold front.  If your dogs woke you up super early to go outside like mine did, you are definitely going to want to grab your rain jacket this morning!

Rain should clear out by mid-morning in most places, giving way to partly sunny skies and calmer winds this afternoon.

Once this system moves through, an upper level ridge will begin moving into the region and will leave many folks wondering if we just celebrated Thanksgiving, or if we are stuck on repeat like in the movie Groundhog Day.  This ridge is going to keep us with partly to mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 40s to around 50 every day for the rest of the week.  Aside from the possibility of a foggy start to the day on Tuesday, each day this week is going to feel a lot like the day before in terms of the weather.

If you aren’t a fan of the rain, this is the week for you!

Have a great week, everyone!
