TODAY’S CAMPUS OUTLOOK

By Dylan Logan

Happy Wednesday, Huskies!

Sunday morning, I woke up to roughly a foot of snow piled up around my house. Today, I woke up to zilch. Just like that, it’s gone. And for an even greater swing, the sun will be showing off today! From mid 20s and snowing to mid 40s and sun. But it won’t last too long, as a more familiar late winter pattern is right around the corner.

For today, expect some of this morning’s clouds to disperse leading to mostly sunny skies by midday and lasting through the afternoon, with a high in the mid 40s. By mid evening expect some high clouds to move over the Sound as yet another rainmaker approaches. The first of multiple. Again.

But this time it won’t snow. It’ll be liquid precipitation, AKA rain. The stuff we’re used to. Nothing to ride home about either. The weekend will be largely wet, cloudy, and gloomy. More lowland rain and more mountain snow, much of what we have seen this season already. There is still some time left in winter, after all.

Enjoy the sun while it’s here! And have a great rest of your week, Huskies!
