Forecast: April 19th, 2021

By Chris Thomas

It’s another sunny day for the Seattle area!

Expect light winds today with temperatures topping out around 70 degrees in most places this afternoon.

If you enjoy today’s weather, you

are in luck: tomorrow will be basically the same…and so will Wednesday for that matter.  This is great news if you are a Mariners fan and plan to head to one of their home games against the Dodgers today or tomorrow!

Tree pollen is still very high in the area and grass pollen is starting to creep higher too so there’s not much relief for folks with seasonal allergies.

This sunny weather pattern will begin to change as we get later in the week, so enjoy it while you can.  Thursday and Friday will feature noticeably cooler temperatures with few more clouds in the sky, and by Friday evening, a chance of rain starts entering the picture.  This likely is the start of a cooler and wetter weather pattern that will be with us into the following week.

Have a great week, everyone!
