Good afternoon Huskies!
We started off our Monday morning with the same dreary weather we should plan on seeing for a while: cold, wet, and cloudy. But take a look outside: warm sunshine and clear skies! We should be feeling high temperatures around 60°. Take it in, huskies, since we plan on seeing some additional rain scattered throughout the evening with some wind speeds up to 35 mph. Heading into the night, we should expect some more light showers and low temperatures around 40°.
Monday’s Wind Speeds (mph)
Moving into Tuesday, we should be able to feel the sun coming through again, with only a slight chance of showers. We can expect the wind speeds tomorrow to slow down to around 10-20 mph. Prepare to feel chilly temperatures on Tuesday night, it’ll be colder than what we’re used to, dropping down to the low 30s!
Tuesday Night Temperatures
Wednesday will be a pretty average day with temperatures around the 40s and partly sunny skies. The evening will bring us a slight chance of rain, but nothing too crazy. Moving into the later half of the week, we can expect the same rain and clouds. Highs will stay around 50s and lows down to 40s. In addition, over the next five days, be careful traveling over those passes as they can be very snowy! Snoqualmie Pass can even see up to 12 inches of snow. Besides that, it seems like a common week here in the U-District! Take in the sun this afternoon and good luck with midterms huskies!
