Happy Friday, Huskies! Busy days are ahead of us as we prepare for our homecoming game against Arizona and to welcome friends and family on campus this weekend.
We hope you all have enjoyed the warm, sunny, and partially record breaking heat the past few days. Although we did have a moment to indulge in relief from the rather cloudy morning with a little bit of clear skies and sunshine, today has ultimately told a different story. Be warned: this (mostly) gray afternoon and suddenly average temperatures is just a preview for what the next few days have in store.
The bulk of tomorrow will be cloudy, like this evening, but with a chance of showers as the day progresses.
As mentioned, the highly anticipated homecoming game against Arizona State University is tomorrow. In terms of temperature, the game will be averagely cool with temperatures reaching from the upper-50s to the low 50s by the later evening.
In terms of precipitation, there is a chance of rain to look out for. So, make sure to grab your raincoat before you make your way to Husky Stadium. Enjoy it, though! There’s nothing like a little rain to cool off the heat of the game.
The scattered showers from Saturday night will linger through Sunday morning and early afternoon. Sunday does look to be mostly cloudy, but we should get a glimpse of some sun in the afternoon. As we transition through Monday and Tuesday we will experience cooler temperatures that struggle to make it past the upper 50s. Along with the chilly air, you should anticipate some rain and breeze come Wednesday. We hope you all have a wonderful parents weekend and homecoming game. Go Dawgs!
