Rise and Shine Huskies!
As you step out the door, there wont be a lot of shine with a blanket of clouds hugging us. A weak disturbance is currently entering the region that will be sending us a wave of precipitation this afternoon. Rainfall amounts will be meager inland with only up to a quarter of an inch expected.
High pressure will nudge into the area beginning Friday leading to a dry weekend and a warming trend.
Temperatures will bounce up into the low sixties and the sun will make an appearance giving us a return of some vitamin D. Upper level troughing will bring renewed rain chances heading into early next week before once again a return back to dry weather. Overall, there is nothing major on the horizon so make the most of these tranquil conditions and don’t forget to prepare for your midterms.
