Sunny Friday and Rainy Weekend

By Joseph Renalds and Neve Lin

Good afternoon Huskies!

Not to sprinkle salt on your wounds, but how were your midterms? Either way, we hope you’re enjoying the nice, warm, spring weather of today, as we will see a transition to rain to close out Week 6. Today’s high will peak around 64 , with lows at 44 for this evening.

While tomorrow’s day time will remain quite warm, we will see some rain rolling in at night, so make sure to enjoy every bit of sunshine between today and tomorrow! Timing looks to be around 9PM for the arrival of rain to the Seattle area. For those out in the quad, bundle up through the chilly and soggy night and stay warm!

The first part of next week will be fairly similar day to day with rain showers around and high temperatures only getting into the mid-50s. We do need the rain though since we did not make up our deficit in April. There are some signs that we could see a period of warmer weather starting towards the end of next week, but details are not clear yet so make sure to stay tuned.

On a side note, have you seen any zebras around?
