Happy  Monday huskies!!!

Fall has temporarily clocked out as today we will be seeing temperatures more reminiscent of early Summer. Low to Mid seventies will be a common theme across much of the Puget Sound with even warmer temperatures found Olympia Southward. Make sure to soak in the suns rays as a pitch perfect blue sky will become more of a treat  the further we head into Fall.

Much of the Country today will see much unseasonably warm temperatures for this time of year with downright balmy temperatures once again expected on the typically fog prone coast of California.

We’ll see rain approaching the coast ahead of a cold front later today into tonight, finally crossing the sound into the Seattle area tomorrow morning. It will be a slick one out there as you make your way to class tomorrow! Things may also get breezy in places as the front passes to the east, with gusts up to 20 mph. Rainfall totals won’t be impressive with most locations below 1/4″ except for locally higher values in the mountains.

Looking ahead to the entire week its clear, enjoy the sunny warm goodness today while you still can. We will see gradual cooling as the week progresses, and showers likely as mentioned above tomorrow. The highs and lows after today are close to the average temperatures this time of year, expect a pretty typical summer to fall transitional week type of feel.

With temperatures dropping and the leaves changing, fall quarter is in full swing!
