About Allies Teams

Allies work in teams. Teams include faculty who are trained and supported by the Allies program. Allies team members have diverse experiences, knowledge bases, and institutional roles to best equip trainees with the diverse set of tools needed to navigate life as a research trainee.

We cannot always accommodate requests for specific Allies. We do our best to match trainees with the strongest team. Sometimes, scheduling constraints and other commitments mean that a requested Ally is not available.

Ally teams consult with the Allies Leadership Group to make sure they can provide the best support possible.
