My enormous vibrant extended family, and my friends who have become family. My fiancé, who has a deep

WHY UW/SCH?
The community here is truly loving and welcoming. There is room, support, and mentorship to work on big
institutional change, and to build any kind of career you could imagine. Seattle is amazing and beautiful and
rejuvenating.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Heme/Onc Fellowship at UW/Seattle Children’s! Building a career where I can work towards advancing health
equity, leadership, teaching, and spending a lot of time getting to know my patients. Continuing to work towards
living more bravely, vulnerably, and authentically.
